Bhasha Research and Publication Centre (BRPC) established in 1996 as a non-governmental organization, has worked with nomadic communities and adivasis (the indigenous peoples) of India. Language, Arts, Education and Development have been the main areas of Bhasha’s research and community work.
PLSI is an authentic and a comprehensive survey carried out by persons who belong to the respective speech communities or have worked closely with it over a considerable period of time.
